Meet Wayne Cator, building trade enthusiast and Managing Director of Impress Property Services Ltd.

 

Growing up around the building trade, Wayne developed a burning passion for the industry at a young age. Determined to learn and succeed, Wayne studied, qualified and began his career as a Mechanical Engineer.

 

After 10 years a new adventure came calling. Wayne was headhunted by Highlea Homes Limited (Supported Living Scheme) and joined the team as an Estates Manager. 

 

In 2015, Wayne founded Impress Property Services as a sole trader before going into Partnership in 2017.

1996 -

Graduated Ferryhill Business and Enterprise College

Started his career as Mechanical Engineer at Talents

2006 -

Estates Manager at Highlea Home Ltd

> Supported Living Scheme

2015 -

Set up Impress Property Services as a Sole Trader

2017 -

Impress Property Services achieved a Limited company status

Became a Partner of Impress Property Services Ltd

Meet Tracey Cator, Managing Director and Impress Property Services' very own Wonder Woman!

 

With over 10 years of experience managing finance and administration for a multi-million corporate powerhouse, Tracey took the leap of faith and set up in partnership with her business and life partner, Wayne, back in 2017.

 

Now, as well as being a mother of 3 (not including the pets) and Co-Owning a successful business, Tracey is also studying AAT to fulfil her passion and personal ambition to continually learn and grow as a business-woman.

1998 -

Graduated Bishop Auckland College

Time out to start a family

2006 -

Started at Highlea Home Ltd

2015 -

Set up Impress Ironing & Laundry Services as a Sole Trader

2017 -

Joined Impress Property Services Ltd as a Managing Director and Partner of the company

 

Impress Property Services became a Limited company

 

Gained Level 2 AAT

Present -

Studying Level 3 AAT
